Guess What!!?? We'll be adding another little angel to our family in April!
Wang Zhong Ming is due April 30th, 2006.
And Wang Zhong Mei (Elina) will be two in February! (Feb. 20th)
In the meantime, Mommy and Daddy are praying for God's direction in life and work. We continue to work hard on our online Chinese translation business (you can click the link to our website on the right of this page). And we are keeping our eyes open for an in-house position for Andy so that we can enjoy some of the benefits of working for a large employer. We'll see what the Lord has in His plans.
Andy's quickly settling into US life and customs; he recently earned his US Drivers' License! Way to go Andy!
We're very excited about the upcoming holidays and experiencing them for the second time in the US. It has been a blessing to be so close to family during this transition in our life. We've been living with my family (Heather's) on the beautiful Oregon Coast. We originally thought this would be temporary, but much to Grandma and Grandpa's delight, it has extended over six months already. While we long to be settled ourselves, we are very thankful for a beautiful home and an expansive garden with seasonal fresh air. (And don't forget built-in baby-sitters!)
We would appreciate your prayers concerning our life's direction (i.e. a job for Andy and the upcoming baby).
Thanks for keeping in touch!!

Welcome to our site!

I, Heather, have been intending to e-mail everyone for a very long time, but I didn't think that we had anything exciting to tell you! And we still don't have anything exciting to tell you, but now that we've been introduced to the world of "blogs" I thought I would get ours going just in case we have a big announcement in the next few hours, days, weeks, etc.!

As it is, we're living with Heather's parents on the Oregon Coast while Andy and Heather work online, gathering interpretation and translation work as we can get it. We are also working like crazy to get Andy's resume out to potential employers. We're still looking for that "big opportunity." Please pray with us that we'll find something that can utilize Andy's language skills and at the same time, develop his business skills.

Elina is growing like crazy and pushing our buttons like crazy! She keeps us hopping! Right now, Andy is chasing her around the house, trying to catch her with a pen in her hand. AAaagh. Oh, but this 16-month old is pure energy! We're thankful for that (and we're really thankful that Grandma and Grandpa are so close and so willing to babysit!).

Well, we've got tons of work to do so I better get going, but we hope that all of you will stay in touch! E-mail us for our contact details, or take a look at Andy's website: http://www.freewebs.com/andywangyuan/

I plan on getting more recent pictures of Elina onto her website soon, but don't hold your breath; here's her address: http://www.babababies.com/view/view.cfm?siteID=5920

Love,
Andy, Heather, & Elina
